Travel Consultant

Onkar Travels Calgary is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our Calgary team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone with at least two years of experience in the travel industry and a passion for helping customers plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with reservations, trip planning, flight sales, travel insurance, and vacation packages.
- Present travel options and destinations clearly to potential clients.
- Sell travel products and earn commission in accordance with the company’s compensation plan.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep up to date with travel destinations, products, and industry information.
- Plan group excursions and recommend suitable destinations.




- Manage multiple customer requests and bookings accurately.

Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in the travel industry (required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Reliable ability to commute to the Calgary branch or relocate to Calgary.
