Working with advanced 5-axis CNC equipment, you'll be responsible for producing complex parts while maintaining exceptional standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency. As a 5-Axis Machinist at SyBridge Technologies, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC machining centers to manufacture precision tooling and components.

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers Read and interpret engineering CAD designs, Red Line dimensions,



and GD&T; requirements Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements to improve quality and efficiency Work collaboratively with engineering, programming, and production teams to meet customer deadlines High school diploma or equivalent ~3-5 years of experience operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machining centers in a manufacturing environment (preferred) ~ Experience programming using Lemoine and/or PowerMill (preferred) ~ Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset Strong understanding of 5-axis machining principles, tooling, machine setups, and workholding techniques Ability to read and interpret engineering CAD designs, and work to tight tolerances Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves,
