Our client is a solid and steady presence in real estate with retail and office properties across the GTA and a tenured team that values collective success. They are looking for a leasing expert who knows the industrial (retail/office) industry and has the capacity to thrive as an individual contributor as well as a collaborative leader.

Health & Dental Benefits Package Car and Cell Phone Allowance Free On-Site Parking Available Reporting to the Vice President, you play a key role in securing new deals, renewals, and more for a variety of industrial (retail and office) properties across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Respond to lease inquiries and assess feasibility based on tenant use and potential conflicts.

Gather and provide necessary information to assist agents in presenting properties. Arrange property viewings and consultations with potential tenants.



Work with Tenant Coordinator to determine finishing specifications and lease rates.

Recommend and discuss lease rates and terms for executive approval. Prepare and present lease proposals based on approved terms. Negotiate leases and coordinate with legal counsel to resolve issues. Ensure vacant units are presentable and meet landlord standards.

Maintain leasing website with available units and accurate information. To excel in this role, you must have the following qualities: A high school diploma and/or college diploma or university degree ideally in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate, ideally in retail leasing Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Knowledge and experience with Yardi Voyager would be an asset Understanding, knowledge, and experience in reading lease documentation and zoning by-laws Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle for property visits within the GTA Applicants selected for an in-person interview will be asked whether specific accommodations are needed to support a personal disability. #
