As a CBRE Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and building systems throughout a facility. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function.

Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system. Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.

Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair. Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.

Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed. Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.

High School

Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.



Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level is preferred.

Medical

Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

The salary being offered for the Licensed Plumber position is up to $39 an hour.
