Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator/ Digital Technician to join our friendly team. This role combines patient communication, treatment planning, and digital denture fabrication support with digital scanning. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while leveraging their technical skills in dental technology and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist in digital denture design and fabrication processes using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, ensuring precise and effective outcomes
- Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret medical and dental terminology accurately for treatment planning
- Prepare laboratory work, including impression scanning and model creation
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans,



and laboratory procedures to ensure seamless communication and quality control
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, digital workflows, and available options to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks related to treatment coordination and digital technology implementation

Experience

No experience necessary, but assets include:

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting or with dental assisting duties preferred
- Familiarity with CAD software used in dental laboratories
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry enhances communication accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with digital tools and laboratory equipment in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
