10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train
AI in visual design . Shape how
AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows in graphic design and
UI work . Ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design processes. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving
AI model performance . Collaborate with
AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs. Qualifications Must-Have 1+ years of experience in graphic or
UI design . Bachelor's degree in design or a related field. Based in the
U.S. ,
Canada ,
New Zealand ,
UK , or
Australia . Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs with unique aesthetics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid attention to detail. Exposure to
LLMs and
