Position: Visual Designer Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train AI in visual design . Shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows in graphic design and UI work . Ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design processes.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.
Qualifications Must-Have ~1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design . ~ Bachelor's degree in design or a related field. ~ Based in the U.S. , Canada , New Zealand , UK , or Australia . ~ Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs with unique aesthetics.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~ Solid attention to detail. ~ Exposure to LLMs and GenAI prompting .
