Shift 11:00am-7:00pm Week one: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday you will build lasting relationships with residents who call Aspira their home. Maintaining resident records and required documentation in accordance with policies and procedures and legislative requirements Maintaining resident records and required documentation in accordance with policies and procedures and legislative requirements Reporting incidents / near misses, illness or problems with residents to the Director of Wellness / General Manager Providing guidance to the Guest Attendants to ensure that care assignments are completed and that changes in residents’ needs are reported to the Director of Wellness Maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents utilizing infection control principles Successful completion of Personal Service Worker certificate program Successful completion of Medication Administration training program provided on site and successful ongoing quarterly evaluation of competencies Current CPR training Experience working with seniors and knowledge of the aging process You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position Sienna Senior Living is committed to employment equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
