USED CAR SALES MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive dealership performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the used car sales team
- Drive sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and vehicle merchandising
- Follow up with leads and ensure strong closing performance
- Train and coach sales staff
Requirements:
- OMVIC Licence (Required)
- Previous automotive sales/management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver’s license
- Qualified, energetic, and customer-focused
