Our public-sector client is developing an innovative AI-powered platform involving AI agents and assistants. As a UX Designer, you will shape intuitive, user-centred experiences that turn complex AI capabilities into practical, accessible outcomes. You will combine strong UX practice with Business Analyst capability, working directly with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to define requirements, guide the product backlog and ensure solutions meet real business and user needs.

Design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered solutions, including AI assistants, chat platforms and agentic solutions. Partner closely with clients and stakeholders,



including business, product, development and project teams, to understand objectives and delivery priorities. Translate requirements into delivery-ready artefacts, including user journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, prototypes and UX designs.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX and business requirements are understood and delivered effectively. Research emerging AI and UX trends and apply relevant approaches to improve the user experience.

Own UX and requirements deliverables, ensuring documentation is explicit, complete and aligned to business and user needs. 5+ years of UX/UI design experience. ~ Strong experience working in Agile project environments. ~ Experience designing AI-powered solutions, AI assistants, chat platforms or comparable technologies. ~ Strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. ~
