- Advocate for client needs, including housing issues
- Observe and assess client behavior in emergencies
- Provide training on life skills like budgeting and hygiene
- Document and maintain client care plans and reports Minimum two years’ experience in mental health services
- Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and crisis intervention
- Experience assisting individuals at risk of homelessness
