Hours: Sun, Mon, Thus, Fri (Swing Shift)

Pay Rate: $24.21/Hr

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support security staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all security duties are completed according to site policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor site security operations.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Review and complete reports accurately and on time.
- Provide coaching and guidance to security team members.
- Liaise with client representatives, tenants, visitors, and emergency services when required.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certification.
- Valid Class G Driver's Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Minimum 2 years of security experience.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong report writing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
