Enhance fleet performance with the City of Thunder Bay as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician. This role focuses on cleaning, maintenance, and sanitizing of vehicles and stations. The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a Vehicle and Equipment Technician for fleet maintenance and station upkeep.

You will be responsible for regular vehicle cleaning, equipment calibration, and stock management. Successful candidates will be organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Sanitize all contact surfaces at Junot station daily
- Perform scheduled vehicle deep cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain supplies and restock fleet equipment




- Clean garage floors and assist in warehouse duties
- Deliver supplies to district stations and manage sharps receptacles Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent education
- Valid class “G” Ontario Driver’s License
- Proven ability to maintain equipment and perform maintenance tasks
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
