This role requires seasoned educational leadership along with a collaborative approach for teaching improvement, where you will support the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team. You will focus on advancing PYP initiatives, faculty training, and ensuring a high standard of educational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily leadership and operation of the Junior School
- Monitor teaching through observations, coaching,



and evaluations
- Collaborate on faculty management practices and professional development
- Lead PYP implementation and curriculum development
- Conduct assessments to guide instructional priorities

Requirements:

- Understanding of IB PYP framework
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Master of Education or higher training in leadership
- BC Certificate of Qualification in teaching
