As a licensed professional with a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, your work will prioritize emotional stabilization and resilience-building. Deliver evidence-based care within a flexible work model of up to 32 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with members
- Follow up to monitor client progress
- Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative setting
- Equip clients with coping strategies and CBT tools
- Maintain focus on member safety and ethical standards

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Valid psychotherapy permit in Quebec or Ontario
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Psychotherapist
- Experience with telemedicine platforms
