We’re looking for a Design Director to lead and elevate the visual output across all client work. This role is equal parts maker and leader —someone who can craft exceptional design while guiding a team to do the same. You’ll shape creative direction, push the quality of work, and translate strategy into compelling, beautifully executed ideas.

Lead design across brand, campaign, and digital projects from concept to execution Define and uphold a high standard of visual craft and creative excellence Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams Provide transparent direction and mentorship to designers Champion design thinking and innovation within the agency 6–10+ years of experience in design, with agency experience preferred ~ A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and digital work ~ Confidence in presenting and articulating design decisions ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping tools a plus) Motion, 3D, or interactive experience Experience building brands from the ground up Interest in culture, trends,
