Human Resources Management Generalist - Masters-Level Internship Department: Human Resources - People and Culture Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) Hourly ($32 CAD) Vosyn is a Language Synthesis AI company based in Toronto. We build technology that removes language barriers, so people can access and understand information in any language. We are preparing for an IPO, and the people who join us now help shape both the product and the company itself.

As an HRM Generalist at Vosyn, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources functions to support the growth and success of our innovative AI-driven organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic initiatives across areas like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires.

Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery. Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records.

Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development. Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates. Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources,



Business Administration , or a related field. Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite . Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
