Financial Planning & Analysis Associate - Masters-Level Internship Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) Hourly ($32 CAD) Vosyn is a Language Synthesis AI company based in Toronto. We build technology that removes language barriers, so people can access and understand information in any language. We are preparing for an IPO, and the people who join us now help shape both the product and the company itself.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role requires a highly analytical individual capable of interpreting financial data, creating projections, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making. Collaborate with teams to evaluate business cases, cost-saving opportunities, and investment initiatives. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

Assist in developing long-term financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.





Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms. Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and variance analysis. Passionate about contributing to strategic financial planning and driving organizational growth.
