We are preparing for an IPO, and the people who join us now help shape both the product and the company itself. Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to support unique website features and requirements.

SEO and Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, SEO elements, and performance to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Content and Design Integration: Collaborate with the content and design teams to implement visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements. Identify and resolve technical issues, perform regular website audits, and ensure site security and stability.

Plugin Management: Manage and update plugins to maintain website functionality, security, and compatibility with the latest WordPress versions.

Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Stay Updated with WordPress Trends: Keep up with the latest WordPress developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the website remains innovative and competitive. Currently pursuing an MBA or related Master’s field degree, with a focus on communications or marketing. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to cross-functional teams effectively. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
