As a Process Server, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by locating individuals and serving legal documents in a professional, timely, and compliant manner. This position is primarily field-based and involves extensive daily driving to various locations to complete service attempts, conduct investigations, and meet client requirements. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and comfort with frequent travel and driving are essential to successfully represent the organization and meet service objectives.

Review assignments and adjust routes as needed to prioritize urgent service requests and optimize travel time. Conduct research to locate and verify individuals for service. Serve legal documents, including court orders, subpoenas, notices, and other legal filings.

Communicate effectively with individuals and third parties to support successful service outcomes. Execute stakeouts and develop strategies for difficult-to-serve individuals. Safely operate a company‑provided vehicle while responding to assigned service requests and maintaining compliance with all driving policies.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Support team initiatives,



process improvements, and departmental procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Robust communication and relationship‑building skills. Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas as required.

Experience in process serving, legal services, investigations, or a related field is an asset. Knowledge of legal documentation and court processes is an asset.
