Join Arc'teryx as a Warehouse Automation Processes Co-Op in Recent Westminster, BC, with a hybrid work model. Focus on analyzing logistics processes and supporting supply chain enhancements. This 8-month Co-Op role is designed for students enrolled in Industrial, Mechanical, Process, or Textile Engineering, or Operations/Manufacturing Management programs.
You will engage deeply with technologies like SAP S4/EWM and Power BI while supporting the logistics team to drive efficiency and document improvements throughout various workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflow and equipment layouts for process optimization
- Develop corrective action plans for process non-conformances
- Collect data from multiple resources to facilitate improvements
- Create detailed process flow charts and SOPs for alignment
- Communicate findings through data visualizations and reports Requirements:
- Enrolled in relevant engineering or manufacturing program
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of 6S and LEAN methodologies
- High adaptability and problem-solving ability
