SummaryThe Warehouse Operator I supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and fulfilling inventory. The role includes picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri 6AM - 2:30PM Mon-Fri 8AM - 4:30PMSalary: $22/hour + eligibility for our Operations Bonus programResponsibilities: Pick and pack order in an accurate and efficient manner* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when required* Coordinates activities surrounding the warehouse operations* Unpack, inspect,



sort and put stock away in appropriate locations* Ensure pallets and shelving units are in good working conditions* Organize stock and maintain inventories* Maintain safety compliance when operating material handling equipment* Report on any unsafe work conditions that may occur* Maintain a clean and safe working workplace* Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations* Perform other duties as assignedKey Competencies: Ability to lift 50 LBS* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time* Comfortable performing repetitive tasks* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Required to operate material handling equipmentRequired Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience High School Diploma or equivalent* Comfortable working at heights while using machinery, when required* Excellent attendance and punctuality* Experience using RF scanner or manual picking preferred but not required* Licensed with any one of the following forklifts: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order (Cherry) Picker, or Dock Stocker (Reach experience preferred) is a strong asset* Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude* Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment* Strong communication skills both oral and written* SAP background preferred but not required* Intermediate knowledge of computer applicationsThe anticipated salary range for this position:$
