Mississauga

At Mama Earth, We Better Your World Through Food. We’re building a better food system - one that supports local farmers and makers, reduces environmental impact, and delivers fresh, high-quality food to our community every week. Our team plays a direct role in connecting people with sustainable, locally sourced products while helping reduce our collective footprint.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing things right the first time and being part of a team that values consistency, accountability, and purpose.

This role is based at our new warehouse location, at 6075 Kestrel Road, Mississauga, important in continuing to grow our operations. While Mama Earth is an established brand, this facility represents a new chapter in how we bring our products to our customers. You’ll be joining a team from the ground up, playing a hands-on role in shaping how we work, collaborate, and deliver every week.

This is a high-impact role responsible for the physical flow of the warehouse - from unloading incoming stock, reviewing quality, to ensuring the packing line is staged and replenished for maximum efficiency.

3. Bulk Pull & Line Support

- Pre-Production Staging: Set up bulk pull items for the packing needs, organized on pallets or racks in the correct packing order.
- Accuracy Checks: Review all pulls for accuracy and note any 'shorts' (missing items) to the Manager immediately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver same-day needs to the line and make real-time corrections.

4. Active Line Replenishment

- Monitor inventory levels on the line in real-time; refill produce and packing materials (boxes, thermal paper, foil bags) before packers run out.
- Coordinate with the Manager to quickly secure replacements for 'shorted' or poor-quality items to avoid line stoppages.
- Actively participate in the packing line when needed to maintain the target pace.
- Keep a clean and organized work space and remove boxes and crates before they pile up.
