I am currently supporting a well-established Quebec-based company in the distribution sector in the recruitment of a Warehouse Supervisor - Evening Shift for its major distribution centre located in Ville Saint-Laurent. You will join a complex distribution setting handling a wide variety of products, with receiving, order picking and shipping operations serving customers across Canada and the United States.YOUR MISSIONSReporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during the evening shift.You will spend most of your time on the warehouse floor, supervising a team of approximately 20 employees, supported by team leads.Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities;Overseeing receiving, order picking and shipping operations;Maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor to support employees and monitor operations;Coaching,
