Summary

Rosemont Media™ is a U.S. based digital marketing agency providing exclusive, customized design and web-marketing services to healthcare providers worldwide. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to provide temporary support to our team for a 3.5 - 4 month contract to cover a maternity leave.

This position will primarily support the design and production needs of our existing client accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Figma and Canva, can quickly adapt to different client brands and design styles, and is able to take direction and turn requests into polished, professional visual content.

General Responsibilities:

- Assist with a variety of digital design projects based on client and internal team requests.
- Maintain consistency with established client branding, design standards, and project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Website Graphics:

- Create customized on-page graphics to support a variety of client website additions, including new treatments, photos, infographics, testimonials, awards, and recognitions.

Social Media Visuals:

- Create engaging, visually appealing content for a variety of social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, cover images, and other social graphics.

Email Campaigns:

- Create engaging visual assets for email campaigns, including eblast headers, graphics, and newsletters.
- Create auto-responder graphics and supporting visual assets.

Print Projects:

- Assist with print collateral for a variety of project needs, including magazine ads, brochures, event banners, and other marketing materials.

Photo Editing:

- Retouch and adjust stock imagery.




- Crop and edit before-and-after photos to adjust for size, color balance, and lighting, or remove identifying items such as tattoos and jewelry.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Figma and Canva required.
- Previous experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field. Experience with social media, email, web graphics, or print design is a plus.
- Solid visual design skills and a good eye for composition, typography, spacing, and consistency.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and adapt to the design styles of multiple clients.
- Comfortable making updates to existing digital/web assets rather than designing entire websites from scratch.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work.
- Ability to understand project direction, ask clarifying questions when needed, and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress or other website platforms is a plus.

Temporary Position

This is a temporary, full-time, remote position for approximately 3.5 to 4 months, beginning in November 2026 and ending in late February/early March 2027. This position will be engaged as an independent contractor, and applicants must be authorized to provide services from Canada.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
