- Prepare and plate meals according to sanitation regulations
- Train staff and supervise meal prep in management's absence




- Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas
- Control inventory and receive food orders
- Document food temperatures and manage compliance tasks

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years in large volume cooking
- Certified Red Seal certificate and valid food handler’s certificate
- Robust knife skills and effective communication
- Experience with computerized ordering systems
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced settings
