The Clerk Typist III provides essential clerical and administrative support to College of the North Atlantic's Happy Valley-Goose Bay Campus. Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and the public by providing front desk support, responding to inquiries in person, by telephone, and email, and directing individuals to the appropriate department or resource. Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to campus operations, including preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating schedules, and managing routine communications.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using a variety of software applications, including PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office, for word processing, spreadsheet development, document preparation, and related administrative functions. and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly verified. Maintain student grades in the PeopleSoft system; compile, verify, and distribute academic reports; Provide additional administrative support as required to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the campus. CG26 - $ 25.03 - $ 27.70 per hour.

Diploma in Office Administration ( equivalencies will be considered ).
Recent, relevant experience providing front‑line administrative and client service support, including responding to inquiries, data entry, and maintaining files or records. Knowledge of general administrative support functions. Knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision. College of the North Atlantic (CNA) recognizes the importance of and is committed to offering flexible work arrangements to its employees. This is a casual position.
