Drive impactful community engagement initiatives with West Coast LEAF in the role of Community Engagement Manager. This position focuses on building trust across communities and fostering collaboration through a hybrid work model. WCL seeks an experienced leader to fill this 0.8 FTE role until August 2029.

The Manager will facilitate the Family Well-Being Coalition and manage engagement processes that uplift community voices in organizational advocacy. Strong skills in project leadership and collaboration are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Family Well-Being Coalition planning and facilitation
- Foster accountable relationships with key partners
- Design accessible and effective engagement strategies
- Incorporate community knowledge into advocacy and decision-making
- Manage projects, budgets, and grant reporting
