The Community Care

Nurse, reporting to the Health Manager, plays a crucial role in various health programs. Core responsibilities include providing nursing assessments, wound care, and ensuring culturally appropriate programs for Elders and those with chronic illnesses. This role requires a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and effective documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with home care for clients with health conditions
- Manage a comprehensive inventory of medical supplies

Requirements:

- LPN certification required; RN preferred
- Current registration with BCCNM required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License essential
