We are currently hiring for full-time, permanent bilingual (French/English) customer service representatives in the financial industry. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office (Either London or Barrie) and 2 from home.

Job Duties:

- Answer customer inquiries regarding their credit card or account
- Answer customer inquiries about product lines
- Data entry of necessary client information
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 1 year of customer service experience
- Call centre or banking/financial experience preferred
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Able to work 3 days per week in office (Barrie or London)

What we offer:

- $22/hr

- Permanent full-time

Shift Availability:

- Monday to Friday 9am-9pm
- Saturday 10am-6pm
