Position Full-time Yard Labourer

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position suited to someone who takes initiative, works safely, and can get the job done without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

- General yard labour and daily yard maintenance
- Loading and unloading trucks, equipment, and materials
- Organizing, sorting, stacking, and moving materials
- Keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe
- Operating a skid steer and other equipment when required
- Assisting with shipping and receiving
- Preparing materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Snow removal and general seasonal yard maintenance
- Helping drivers and other employees locate and load materials
- Performing basic inspections of equipment before use
- Following company safety procedures and reporting hazards or damaged equipment
- Assisting with other general yard duties as required

Requirements

- Skid steer experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence required




- Reliable transportation to and from work required
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Physically capable of performing general labour duties, including lifting and carrying materials
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Able to work well with others as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and willing to learn
- Able to stay productive without needing to be constantly directed
- Available to work occasional Saturdays when required
