Society is seeking a dedicated coach to assist marginalized youth aged 16-24, addressing their unique challenges. This role focuses on intensive, one-on-one coaching to facilitate positive employment pathways. You’ll engage with youth in various settings, ensuring continuous support throughout their job search and recovery phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized coaching for job readiness and career development
- Maintain a caseload of 13-14 high-risk youth
- Deliver structured skill-building sessions and engagement activities
- Collaborate with mental health professionals and caseworkers
- Adapt coaching methods to accommodate youth’s flexible schedules
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with marginalized youth
- Proven employment coaching and life skills support skills
- Robust understanding of trauma-informed care practices
- Valid driver’s license with community travel willingness
