Key Responsibilities:



- Analyze and present timely financial reports to stakeholders - Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors - Oversee budgeting and financial planning in collaboration with the CEO - Manage cash flow and financial forecasting effectively - Implement robust financial management and reporting systems
Requirements: - Minimum five years in finance leadership within not-for-profits - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting - Chartered Qualified Accountant (CPA) designation - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Experience with fundraising strategies and grant applications
