As a Director, Compliance, you will oversee regulatory risk management within Canada Operations, including contact centers and corporate functions. You'll lead a team focused on building high-performance teams and fostering collaboration. This role demands a strategic mindset to adapt to regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and sound decision-making across diverse areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance programs aligned with company and regulatory standards - Assess regulatory developments and guide compliance practices - Partner with businesses to design and remediate control measures - Provide strategic advisory support to the Global Capabilities Centre - Engage with regulatory bodies and coordinate compliance initiatives
Requirements: - 5+ years in compliance, risk management, or governance - University degree in business, finance, or law - Solid familiarity with compliance frameworks - Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations
