About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of its product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a formal product team, with a focus on creating a scalable, repeatable product process that allows for the rapid development and delivery of hardware products.

This role is central to the company's mission, as the demand in the defense-tech category is rapidly increasing. The VP of Product Management will work closely with the CEO to coach and mentor a team of early-career product managers, ensuring their skilled growth and the overall strength of the team.





Candidates for this position should have a proven track record in product process development, with experience in both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will be a people developer, with a history of mentoring and leveling up early-career PMs.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as the role involves reporting to the CEO, engaging with senior engineers, and representing the company in the market. A deep understanding of hardware cadence and the ability to push hardware development closer to software pace is also a key requirement.
