We are hiring a proactive and people-oriented Contact Center Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume BPO environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing contact center operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: Associates Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume workplace.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
