Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented professional to join their team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of complex construction projects.

Job Description

- Conduct due diligence, site assessments, and development feasibility reviews for prospective projects.
- Prepare and coordinate planning applications, approvals, permits, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with municipalities, regulatory agencies, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the approval process.
- Monitor project schedules, approvals, and key milestones while identifying potential risks and solutions.
- Support project teams through planning, pre-development, and entitlement phases.
- Maintain project documentation, regulatory records, and approval tracking systems.
- Utilize planning and technology tools to improve project delivery, reporting, and internal processes.

The Successful Applicant

- Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Land Development, or a related field.
- MCIP, RPP
- Experience in development planning, municipal approvals, permitting, land development, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of planning policies, zoning regulations, and development approval processes.
- Experience preparing planning applications, feasibility assessments, and technical reports.
- Excellent research, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; GIS experience is an asset.
- Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
