East West Urban Management seeks a Lead Building Engineer to support Spire Owners Association, a 500-home luxury high-rise in Denver. You’ll mentor junior engineers and act as senior technical resource on shift.
You’ll oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, BAS systems; perform preventative maintenance; respond to resident concerns; coordinate vendors and inspections; manage inventory. 3–5 years building maintenance; HOA or luxury experience preferred; CPO a plus.
