City of Richmond Hill is seeking a Manager AI and Digital Innovation to drive the City’s AI and digital innovation roadmap. You will lead discovery, design sessions, pilots and implementation planning across AI, automation and analytics to improve productivity and services.

You will partner with departments, governance teams and the Transformation Office to deliver secure, scalable solutions while ensuring responsible innovation and measurable advantages for residents and staff.
