You will advise and represent clients on environmental and regulatory matters, product liability, skilled negligence, insurance and privacy, with opportunities to appear before BC and Federal courts and tribunals.

Qualified candidates practise in British Columbia with 2–4 years of civil or commercial litigation and regulatory experience, strong research and advocacy
