About the Role

Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experiencedAZ Highway Owner Operators based inBlenheim, Ontario . You will haulreefer freight throughout Canada and the United States. This isnot a Monday–Friday position. Our operations run24/7 , and drivers are typicallyon the road 4–5 days at a time before returning home for resets.

We are looking for qualified drivers committed to safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

- Haul temperature-controlled freight between Canada and the U.S.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and cross-border regulations




- Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

- ValidAZ licence
- Minimum 2 years of verified Canada/USA driving experience
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
- Clean criminal record check (required for cross-border travel)
- Must be willing and able totravel into the United States regularly
- Comfortable beingout in the truck 4–5 consecutive days per week
- FAST Card required (or ability to obtain)
- TWIC Card preferred
