$100- $105 (Based on Experience) ONSITE- 5 days Must haves: Senior functional expertise, project leadership, and coordination in functional design/delivery Functional advisory skills using PeopleSoft HCM knowledge to meet project goals PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise leading analysis, design, and configuration Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll business functions on PeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM, including integration points (Fluid, PUM upgrade, PeopleTools upgrade) Hands-on experience with onboarding, perks enrolment, and life event management modules Experience leading functional teams through the full project lifecycle (analysis, design, configuration) Experience leading functional testing,



system integration testing (SIT), load testing, performance testing, UAT, and payroll parallel testing Experience with QA principles, practices, tools, and methodology, including defect tracking/handling Minimum 5+ years as a Functional Lead

and

5+ years as a QA Nice to Have PeopleSoft HCM functional experience specifically with HR/Payroll system/ Public Sector experience. Note:
