PV Labs seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead scaling of precision optics and integrated mechatronics manufacturing. You will drive end-to-end production enhancements, implement ERP systems, and ensure ITAR/compliance across global partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee site selection, production workflow redesign, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growing demand while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
