TandemLaunch is seeking a Commercial Director to join the founding team of an early-stage ag-tech startup. The role involves visiting greenhouses, piloting sensor integrations, and proving value to growers, with equity on offer and a cash stipend.

You’ll lead the commercial engine: identify target accounts, run in office demos, establish pricing, and build a CRM-driven pipeline. You’ll work closely with the technical team toward real-world deployment.
