D-Wave Quantum Inc. is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Quantum Processor Development to lead a team of experimental physicists and materials scientists in quantum processor development.

This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with people-focused leadership to advance both annealing and gate-model processors. You’ll partner with Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Program Managers to align priorities and resources, shaping the roadmap and ensuring high-impact results.
