About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of how the company finds, attracts, hires, develops and retains talent . Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on recruitment , with a particular emphasis on identifying and hiring high-performing, commission-driven sales professionals. The remaining scope will include onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, HR processes and Ontario employment practices. The company is looking for someone who can do more than manage an established process. You’ll be expected to take ownership, think creatively, build processes where needed and help create the People infrastructure required for the company's next stage of growth.
