Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the architectural vision for Appiansolutions that aligns with the broader digital and automationstrategy of the organization. Serve as a strategic partner tobusiness and IT leaders , shaping the automation roadmap in linewith business objectives and innovation agendas. Providearchitectural thought leadership across enterprise automationinitiatives, identifying opportunities for platform reuse, AIintegration, and operational efficiencies. Lead end-to-endsolution architecture on the Appian platform, ensuring alignmentwith performance, scalability, and security standards. Translatecomplex business needs into intuitive Appian workflows and userexperiences, bringing clarity to ambiguity. Guide architecturaldesign reviews, solution feasibility assessments, and technologyevaluations. Establish and promote best practices, Appian designstandards, and governance frameworks across squads and deliverypartners. Oversee the Appian delivery lifecycle: from ideation,discovery, and architecture through build, test, and scale. Actively mentor and build internal capabilities through afederated Appian practice . Drive continuous innovation byleveraging Appian's AI/ML capabilities, low-code features,



andintelligent integrations with external platforms. Collaboratewith DevOps to define and implement CI/CD pipelines and qualitygates tailored for Appian applications. Ensure all deliveredsolutions are compliant with enterprise security, privacy, andregulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, orrelated field.
- 8+ years ofoverall IT experience with a solid foundation in solutionarchitecture and enterprise applications.
- 5+ years ofhands-on experience in Appian BPM with proven success indelivering large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Appian Level2 & Level 3 certifications (mandatory).
- Expertise indesigning advanced SAIL interfaces, process models, records,reports, and smart services.
- Strongknowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, andmiddleware.
- Experiencebuilding DevOps-enabled delivery pipelines (CI/CD, testautomation).
- Demonstratedability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile and scaledAgile environments.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills, with anatural ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategicmindset with a passion for innovation, simplification, andcontinuous improvement.
