About The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant with at least 2 years of travel consulting experience and a strong appetite for delivering impeccable service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day‑to‑day travel needs of corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation reservations.Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed to complete all functions related to servicing the client.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience.Contribute to a safe, inclusive and accessible work environment where all employees feel welcomed and respected.Other duties as assigned.Experience & QualificationsCustomer focused, consistently going above and beyond to deliver an amazing client experience.Detail oriented, organized,



and able to juggle competing priorities while shifting gears quickly.Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.Problem solver who thinks outside the box to provide creative solutions.Comfortable with egalitarianism, ownership, and collaboration.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a quick‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Tech savvy – 2+ years with a GDS system (Sabre preferred); comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.Benefits & CompensationLocation: Surrey, CanadaAnnual base salary: $50,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets.
