Please reach out to Human Resources should you require accommodation during the recruitment process.Location:CAN - Milton, Yukon CourtJob Posting Title:Key Account SpecialistTime Type:Full TimeCompensation:Salary starting at $53000 per annum, plus eligible perks, in accordance with experience and internal equitySummaryThe Account Analyst, Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and developing the assigned Key Account(s) for the branch as well as meeting the objectives of growth and profitability.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo take overall branch development responsibility of the assigned Key Account(s)To promote and sell solutions based on DSV Air and Sea product offering and analyze market trendsTo increase profitability, share of wallet by cross selling on all products and servicesDevelop multi-level relationships between Key Account and DSV main stakeholdersCoordinate and monitor all Key Account activitiesIdentify other Supply Chain Solutions opportunities and develop and prepare strategic proposals in collaboration with the ManagerMaintain updates on key accounts, in CRM toolBuild and improve customer relationships, ensuring to address and resolve any key client concerns, involving internal teams as required.Lead MBRs/QBRs with key accountsAct as a team lead in supporting other key account managers on operational and administrative functionsEnsure full adherence to DSV Global Sales ProcessQuality,



Health & SafetyPerform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment and follow all requirements as set out in the DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy.Staff are required to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability, Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceEducation in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field of study.Minimum of 1 years prior Inside Sales experienceMinimum 2 years of international transportation industry experience or, account management experienceCIFFA certificate, an assetSkills And CompetenciesGood command, both verbal and written, English skills.Ability to create collaborative engagements and active listeningService oriented and able to resolve customer grievancesStrong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externallyStrong problem-solving skills and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet goals and achieve resultsBoth a team builder and a team-playerExcellent organizational and time management skillsBe authentic, approachable, open, and honestAct as a role model for DSV values and adhere to the Code of ConductLanguage And Computer SkillsEnglish is the principal language for this position,
