The typical hiring range for this position is from $45,000-$55,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.Job PurposeThis role is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Client Advisor and Client Executive by processing documents, invoicing premium, preparing cover letters, producing certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting, collecting receivables and maintaining file documentation.Primary duties include, but not limited to, the following:Contributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, implementing service plans, and other issuesFields internal client communication via mail, email, phone and/or face to face and identifies clients insurance requirementsHandles issuance and sending of certificates, pre-renewal, renewal, new business submissions and proposals as requestedHelps with the maintenance of activity lists as requested (Endos, polos, account discrepancies, SOV’s, etc)Acera Leader in the client and insurance industry through professional writing,
